Booking Terms and House Rules

Kronovall Park Residence – accommodation, apartments and motorhome pitches

Welcome to Kronovall Park Residence. To ensure that the stay is as pleasant as possible for all our guests, the following terms and house rules apply when booking accommodation, apartments or motorhome pitches on the premises. By completing a booking, the guest accepts these terms.

Booking and payment

• Bookings are made via our booking system or through our partners.
• Once the booking is completed, a booking confirmation will be sent by email.
• The guest is responsible for checking that the details in the booking confirmation are correct.
• Payment is made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• All prices are stated in SEK including VAT.

Check-in and check-out

Hotel rooms and apartments

• Check-in from 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out by 10:30 a.m. at the latest

Motorhome pitches

• Check-in from 12:00 p.m.
• Check-out by 12:00 p.m. at the latest

Use of accommodation and pitches

• The accommodation or pitch may only be used by the number of persons specified in the booking.
• Pitches are intended for motorhomes unless otherwise stated, and placement takes place at designated spots.
• The booking is personal and cannot be transferred without our approval.

Cancellation

General

• Cancellations are made via the link in the booking confirmation.
• For longer stays or group bookings, special terms may apply.

Rooms and apartments

• More than 30 days before arrival – 97% of the amount is refunded.
• 30–7 days before arrival – 50% of the amount is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before arrival – no refund.

Motorhome pitch

• More than 2 days before arrival – 97% of the amount is refunded.
• Less than 2 days before arrival – no refund.

Liability

• The guest is responsible for treating the accommodation and area with care and respect.
• Any damage or defects must be reported to us immediately.
• Kronovall Park Residence is not responsible for lost items or damage caused by third parties.

House rules

• Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
• Pets are only allowed in the Red Villa and must be kept on a leash.
• Smoking is not permitted in rooms or apartments.
• Barbecuing is only allowed at designated locations.
• Waste must be disposed of in the designated bins and recycling stations.
• Guests who do not follow the rules may be asked to leave the premises.

Breach of contract

In the event of a breach of these terms or disruptive behaviour, Kronovall Park Residence reserves the right to terminate the stay with immediate effect. No refund will be given, and compensation for damages may be required.

Force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or pandemics, the booking may need to be changed or cancelled. Any fees paid will be refunded with deductions for time already used.
