Booking Terms and House Rules

Kronovall Park & Residence – accommodation, apartments and motorhome pitches

Welcome to Kronovall Park & Residence. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, the following terms and house rules apply when booking accommodation, apartments, or motorhome pitches on the premises. By completing a booking, the guest accepts these terms.

Booking and payment

• Bookings are made via our booking system or through our partners.
• Once the booking is completed, a confirmation is sent via email.
• The guest is responsible for checking that the details in the booking confirmation are correct.
• Payment is made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• All prices are stated in SEK including VAT.

Check-in and check-out

Hotel rooms and apartments

• Check-in from 15:00
• Check-out no later than 11:00

Motorhome pitches

• Check-in from 12:00
• Check-out no later than 12:00

Use of accommodation and pitches

• The accommodation or pitch may only be used by the number of persons stated in the booking.
• Motorhome pitches are intended for motorhomes unless otherwise stated and must be used in designated areas.
• The booking is personal and cannot be transferred without our approval.

Cancellation

General

• Cancellations are made via the link in the booking confirmation.
• For longer stays or group bookings, special conditions may apply.

Rooms and apartments

• More than 30 days before arrival – 97% of the amount is refunded.
• 30–7 days before arrival – 50% of the amount is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before arrival – no refund.

Motorhome pitch

• More than 2 days before arrival – 97% of the amount is refunded
• Less than 2 days before arrival – no refund.

Liability

• The guest is responsible for treating the accommodation and the area with care and respect.
• Any damages or deficiencies must be reported immediately.
• Kronovall Park & Residence is not responsible for lost items or damages caused by third parties.

House rules

• Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Pets are only allowed in the Gardener’s Residence and must be kept on a leash.
• Smoking is not allowed in rooms or apartments.
• Barbecuing is only permitted in designated areas.
• Waste must be disposed of in designated bins and recycling stations.
• Guests who do not follow the rules may be asked to leave the premises.

Breach of contract

In case of violation of the terms or disruptive behavior, Kronovall Park & Residence has the right to terminate the stay with immediate effect. No refund will be given and compensation for damages may be claimed.

Force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics, the booking may need to be changed or canceled. Paid fees will be refunded with deductions for time already used.
